This clinic will focus solely on the CORE SKILLS of the game with a primary emphasis on - scooping, cradling, throwing, catching, dodging, shooting, and basic defensive positioning. Learning the proper technique and mastering these skills is absolutely vital at any age and these small class sizes allow for personal instruction so the players can identify and practice the correct form both in the clinic and at home until it becomes habitual.
*No prior experience is needed.
*Required Equipment - girls stick, goggles and mouthguard
