Control to Cage
The Control to Cage Clinic focuses on developing strong stickwork and shooting skills through a full offensive progression. Players will learn to control their stick with confidence, execute effective dodges, and finish with power and accuracy. This clinic is designed to help athletes build the skills needed to take control of the ball and dominate around the goal.
*Required Experience: 1+ Full Year of Competitive Lacrosse & Can Consistently Catch/Throw.
*Required Equipment: Regulation girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard.
Location: Washington Episcopal School (5600 Little Falls Pkwy, Bethesda, MD)
