Get ready for your high school season with our Pre-Season Prep Clinic!
This specialty prep clinic is designed to help 9th - 12th (and experienced 8th) grade girls prepare for their high school team tryouts in the spring!
If you're not trying out for a school team in the spring, that is okay too! This is a great clinic to take your skills to the next level.
Our top notch coaches will help each players lacrosse skills and overall performance improve greatly, even with just one session. Coaches will run drills specifically created to improve each player's ability to catch throw, and cradle with both hands while also concentrating on the proper technique for fakes, dodges, and shooting.
Coaches will also save time at the end to work on conditioning and game scenarios.
Required Equipment - lacrosse stick, goggles, mouthguard and reversible jersey (with at least one white side)
